Return Policy for Made-to-Order Stone Tables

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your made-to-order stone table to request a return, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, the table must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Due to the custom nature of made-to-order stone tables, returns are limited to defects or errors in craftsmanship or materials.

Starting a Return

Contact us at regalstonefurniture@gmail.com to initiate a return. Approved returns must be sent to: Montague Storage Ltd, Whitacre Road Industrial Estate, Whitacre Road, Nuneaton CV11 6BX. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your table upon delivery. Contact us immediately at regalstonefurniture@gmail.com if the table is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Made-to-order stone tables are custom products and cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect. Non-returnable items also include perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange a defective or incorrect table, return the item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired table.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the table is unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected, confirming refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or credit card processing may take additional time. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at regalstonefurniture@gmail.com.
